Eligibility

You may place orders by creating an account or by using the guest checkout option where available. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration or purchase and to keep such information updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities carried out through your account. Aayushva Herbal India reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account if false information, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the Platform is detected.
Products and Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredients, pricing, and other information displayed on the Platform are accurate. However, minor variations in colour, packaging, texture, aroma, or appearance may occur due to photography, manufacturing updates, or the natural characteristics of herbal ingredients. Such variations shall not be considered defects.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product, pricing, packaging, or specifications without prior notice.
Orders and Payments
Placing an order on our Platform constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An order shall be deemed accepted only after it has been confirmed and dispatched by Aayushva Herbal India. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion in cases including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, payment verification issues, or delivery restrictions.
Payments may be made through the payment methods available on the Platform, including secure online payment gateways and Cash on Delivery where applicable. We do not store your debit card details, credit card information, CVV, UPI PIN, or internet banking credentials.
Pricing
All prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the price applicable to your order shall be the price displayed at the time of purchase. In the event of an obvious pricing or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify you accordingly.
Cancellation, Return and Replacement
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
Aayushva Herbal India follows a strict No Refund Policy. Refunds will not be provided once an order has been confirmed, dispatched, or delivered.
Replacement requests will only be considered if the product delivered is damaged during transit, defective, expired, leaking, or an incorrect item has been supplied. Any such request must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery along with the required photographs and an unboxing video. Replacement shall be subject to verification by our quality assurance team.

The products offered by Aayushva Herbal India are Ayurvedic and herbal wellness products.
